Beyonce is gigantic. She's a popular global superstar, normally tops the billboard charts with new discs, and has managed a solo career after her group success that is an inspiration for anyone trying to breakout on her own.


She's also stunningly gorgeous, and a standard-bearer of glamour. So far,she's proven really versatile in what she chooses carry when it comes to her wardrobe and styling--from vintage 1960s looks right up to the most recent in contemporary style.

One Large Piece of it all is Simply Just Beyonce's Style

No trick has been made about her ability to switch back and forth around differing fashion trends--in fact, she released a piece of music that was split into two: her 'Sasha Fierce' ego has a strongly different presentation from the typical 'Beyonce' most are used to.

It's rough to switch from one fashion to another one entire its antithesis without radically altering your hairstyle. And looking at all the last few iterations from Beyonce, from the afro-wearing 1970s star of 'Work it Out' to the heaps of fashions she changed through in the musical 'Dreamgirls' to her current looks, you could be pondering how she does so many crazily different hairdos.

Yep: A Not-So-Hidden Secret That Beyonce Knowles Uses Lace Wigs.

The reality is like this, there's no way a large amount of that is her actual hair. Not only can the length not be styled into the multitude of styles she often goes through, but no one's from-birth hair can resist that many drastic stylings without getting some serious problems.

So what do we want a globally famous pop star to do? Wear lace wigs, that's what. But here's the trick: the wigs don't look bad, nor are any of them overly discernible. It's because it's not possible to change between all those hairstyles, that she uses wigs. And we've seen: the lace wigs look amazing.

Beyonce is Actually Reaching Into the Past to a Great Tradition.

On top of that, Beyonce is really looking back to a solid tradition of celebrities wearing lace wigs. Granted, there have been a couple like Cher, who have forever been campy and connected to varying measures of over-the-top clothing, but there have been many predecessors of Beyonce--look at Patti LaBelle, for instance--who have turned wig-wearing into an acknowledged and vital part of the history of style.

Lace wigs aren't much of an issue anymore. Any type of embarrassment that was around in regards to putting them on has fundamentally gone away. Years ago, there existed a strange link between wigs and illness, and obviously a quality wig will always be greatly useful for anyone dealing with the harshness of chemotherapy.
